This shipping policy describes the terms and procedures for shipping orders placed with SIMPO LIFESTYLE B.V. (hereafter "SIMPO LIFESTYLE," "we," "our"). By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms of this shipping policy.

  1. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
    We offer the following shipping option:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5 to 10 business days after processing the order.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

  • SIMPO LIFESTYLE is not liable for delays that are beyond our control.

  1. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: All orders are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands and the rest of the EU.

  • International Shipping: For orders outside the EU, additional shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by SIMPO LIFESTYLE.

  1. Shipping Areas

  • We ship to all countries within the European Union (EU).

  • International Shipping: For shipping outside the EU, such as to Switzerland or Norway, additional customs procedures may apply. Contact us at info@simpolifestyle.eu for more information about shipping to non-EU countries.

  • Restrictions: We do not ship to areas where our logistics partners do not have access. If your address cannot be serviced, we will contact you to find a solution.

  1. Order Tracking
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view the status of your order via your account on our website.

Notes:

  • It may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.

  • If you do not receive tracking information after 48 hours, please contact us at info@simpolifestyle.eu.

  1. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 14 days from the shipping date at info@simpolifestyle.eu. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and send you a replacement product or offer a refund, depending on availability.

  • Damaged Shipments: Inspect your package upon receipt. If your product is damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@simpolifestyle.eu. Send us photos of the damage and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will send you a replacement product or offer a refund, depending on the situation.

Important Notes:

  • Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • For returns not related to quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  1. International Shipping and Customs
    For international orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by SIMPO LIFESTYLE.

  • Customs Delays: SIMPO LIFESTYLE is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

  • Documentation: Ensure your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays at customs.
